HPV Inhibition Gel: Next Owner
By forming a protective gel film on the vaginal wall, it acts as a physical barrier, thus preventing HPV from colonizing.
The NO donor is coupled to the sodium alginate polymer chain by chemical cross-linking, and a dynamic hydrogel system mimicking ECM is formed by chemical cross-linking with polysaccharides, and the NO donor is released by utilizing the breakage of the dynamic bond of the hydrogel to sustainedly release NO.
NO modified sodium alginate kills viruses and blocks viral replication, induces nitrosation, oxidative stress and lipid peroxidation, directly modifies membrane proteins, and damages mitochondria and cellular DNA, providing sustained release of NO for up to 12h of antiviral effect.
The product consists of gel dressing and container. The gel dressing is composed of gel A: sodium alginate, carbomer, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, purified water, sodium methylparaben; solution B: arginine, calcium nitrite, phenoxyethanol, purified water. The container is made of polypropylene material syringe and vial.
