Based on the self-developed Nitric Oxide Instant Generation Molecular Technology (NOGMT) platform, the company focuses on the R&D and production of innovative medical device products, and is committed to solving major clinical problems in the cardiopulmonary, respiratory and anti-infection fields, providing breakthrough clinical solutions in terms of gas detection and treatment.

The founders of Novlead  have solid international experience onscientific research and professional  environment , specializing in the R&D and commercialization of technologies related to medical gas detection and treatment. The core management team consists of experts with rich clinical and medical management experience, professors in NO controlled-release and generation technology, senior experts in biological sciences and high-end life-supporting medical equipment, many of whom have studied abroad and have executive experience in Fortune 500 companies.

Dr. Wen Mao, the founder, graduated from the University of Southern California. She is awarded  as “the innovative and entrepreneurial talents” in Jiangsu Province and a selected talent under the Nanjing “High-level Entrepreneurial Talent Recruitment Program” in China.

Novlead’s team, with a 40% R&D personnel ratio and 35% of personnel with masters and doctors degrees, is equipped with various multi-disciplinary talents.

The company has set up its R&D and production headquarter in the Jiangbei New District of Nanjing, a medical marketing center in Beijing, a medical device manufacturing base called Youyuan in Yangzhou, a consumer healthcare products operation base in Guangxi, an overseas business platform in Haikou, and an overseas operation office in California, USA.

The company currently has five product pipelines, involving various fields related to gas detection and treatment. In China, it has launched two medical devices with Class III registration certificate, eight medical devices with Class II registration certificate, and fourteen products under development. At the same time, the company is actively planning for going to the global market, and the first EU CE registration certificate has completed on-site inspection in 2023.

Novlead as an innovative and fast growing start-up, has now completed the B+ round of financing, received more than 100 million yuan in investment from well-known institutions such as Eli Lilly Asia Fund, Northern Lights Ventures, Materia Medica, Decent Investment, Guojin Capital and Eagle Alliance Capital.
